Return and Refund Policy
At Erling, we value our customers and want you to feel confident when shopping with us. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our refund and return policy below.
1. Returns & Exchanges
Items may be returned or exchanged within 7–14 days of delivery (choose what suits you).
Products must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with tags intact.
For hygiene reasons, earrings and customized jewellery (including engraved or made-to-order items) are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
2. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part (wrong or damaged item).
3. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.
We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
4. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method as we cannot be held responsible for lost packages.
5. Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. After this period, cancellations may not be possible if your order has already been processed or shipped.
